Meeting with a framing consultant at our Burleigh Heads showroom is a relaxed, creative process. It’s your chance to explore framing options, get up close with materials, and ask questions.
Here’s how it usually goes:
- We start with a chat. Tell us what you’re framing, where it’s going, and the style you’re after.
- We explore your options. Choose from our range of quality frames, matboards, glass, and finishes.
- We measure and plan. If needed, we’ll take measurements and even mock up the design to help you visualise the final result.
You’ll receive a clear quote based on your selections and project scope.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want before you come in, as that’s what we’re here for. Whether it’s an A4 print or a large art piece, we’ll guide you through it from start to finish.

Can’t make it to the showroom? You can still work with a professional framing consultant, no matter where you are in Australia. Our remote consultation service gives you access to the same expert advice and quality results, all via email or phone.
Here’s how it works:
- Start the conversation. Send us an email with a description of your piece, what you’re looking to achieve, and any measurements or photos that help us understand your vision.
- We guide you through your options. We’ll recommend frame styles, finishes, and materials that suit your item and space. We can also provide mock-ups or photo references to help you visualise the final look.
- We create and ship. Once everything’s confirmed, we’ll print, frame, and carefully package your piece for delivery. We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers.
This service is ideal for photographers, designers, and collectors based outside the Gold Coast, or anyone who prefers to manage things online.

Do I need to book a consultation, or can I just walk in?
You’re welcome to drop by the showroom anytime during our opening hours. If you’d prefer a more detailed session or need help with something specific, we recommend calling ahead so we can give you the time and attention your project deserves.
What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring the piece you’d like framed, or if that’s not possible, photos and measurements are helpful. If you’re working on a theme, colour palette, or space design, feel free to bring reference images or samples too.
Can you frame unusual or oversized items?
We regularly work with unique shapes, large sizes, and 3D pieces. Jerseys, guitars, surfboards, wedding dresses, vintage books, we’ve framed it all. If you’re not sure whether something can be framed, just ask.
How long does the process take?
Most orders are completed within 2–3 weeks. This can vary slightly depending on materials or complexity, but we’ll always let you know upfront.
