Here at Gold Coast Printing and Framing we like to customise your memory exactly the way you want it, so our online ordering process is a little different from other printing companies. We don’t have an upload and pay system on our website or take your credit card details. We would love to establish a relationship with our customers and get to understand exactly what you’re looking for in your unique custom product that you can design and call your own. Whether it be a straight up print or a custom frame, we have discovered that everyone wants something different and personalised.

Ordering is simple

The best way to order is simply come in and see us at 15/30 Mudgeeraba Rd, Mudgeeraba. You can bring your file in on a USB, hard drive, cd… whatever is easiest for you. Coming in for a visit will show you what you can do with your treasured memory or art work as we have many creative examples in our showroom.

If you can’t visit our shop, don’t worry! You can contact us via email sales@gcprintingframing.com.au with the product in which you are inquiring, you can even attach your photo too. Feel free to ask all the questions that you need to, we understand that most new customers don’t know very much about the printing, framing or even the uploading process, so ask away!

Uploading

If you’re savvy with Dropbox, Hightail, One drive or any website similar, you can just upload it and email us the link.
Otherwise its very easy to attach your photo/file to your email.

Quality

For the best printing resolution we recommend 300dpi. But don’t stress if your photo isn’t that high.
File type can be jpeg, psd, pdf, anything really but tiff is always good for a large print.
If we have any problems, we will always contact you before going ahead.
